2) Make a payment through PayPal below by clicking on the appropriate box if you are outside the UK. If you don't have a PayPal account no problem, PayPal doesn't require you to have one.
If in the UK we will send you bank details for online banking once we have received your form.
Following this someone will get back to you with an appointment time asap.
