"A few years prior to becoming one of Caitlin's clients, my health had started to steadily deteriorate, firstly with unexplained hypertension, I then developed chronic migraines and insomnia. I discovered nodules on my thyroid, I then was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, early onset menopause, IBS and most devastating of all, cancer.

Despite having a successful surgery to remove the cancer, all of my symptoms remained. I was in a very dark place, and I didn't see a very bright future for me ahead.

My GPs tried their best for me, they ordered lots of tests and prescribed drugs. I paid for intolerance tests, I spent 3 months on a strict elimination diet, I paid for more tests with a functional medicine doctor and spent a fortune on natural supplements and remedies but I still wasn't feeling well.

I had heard about Caitlin from a friend, and decided it was time to get in touch.

My life has changed so much since then, and so much for the better. I am still not 100% but I am well on the road to recovery and I have Caitlin to thank.
