Confidence Restored - Incredible

I first became aware of Caitlin through a friend, who suggested I take a call with her following a prolonged issue at work. I had been working for the same company almost 8 years, fighting for a promotion to be told I was just too emotional – a hurdle that had cropped up throughout school, my relationships and now at work. I had previously tried counselling and hypnotherapy and understood why I got emotional and why I felt the way I did but struggled to fix it. Caitlin was my last resort and thank god I gave her a go. Not long after a few sessions I was called into Head Office to be promoted as they had seen a clear physical change and believed I was now capable of the next level. It has been onwards and upwards ever since. Forever grateful, Kirsty
