Couldn't Stop Smiling During Distance Healing

Thank you the healing last night, it was once again really lovely. I immediately felt calm and relaxed and I couldn’t stop smiling; there were a few tears but I think these were tears of joy. After a while, my abdomen starting contracting (which is usual but it is normally quite constricting) but this time it was mild. This mild contracting happened a couple of times and I thought progress has been made here and a lot of ‘rubbish’ has been removed. Very pleased about this. It also felt as though there were healing hands covering the whole of my body and I was cocooned in warmth and love. I felt very special and it was lovely. At the end I could feel the hands lifting but I felt warm, snug and cosy. Another good session.
